You must cancel within 48 hours before your booked time.
If your plans should change, you have the choice of rescheduling your booking or applying your payment towards any other product or service that we offer.
Cancellation of a booking on a holiday weekend will be forfeited entirely. Any re-directed payments must be re-scheduled within 90 days of the cancellation. After 90 days, the deposit is forfeited.
Call immediately if you are running late for your reservation, as you are considered a NO SHOW after thirty minutes and no refunds will be given.
Any refund, partial or otherwise will be subject to a $5 fee to cover our credit card expense.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for any reason at any time. Refunds will be at the discretion of Sunshine State Concessions.
If your reservation is canceled by us because you or someone in your party is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, no refund will be given.
Our Weather Policy
Be Prepared for any kind of weather.
Our tours, rentals, and events go on, rain or shine and we do not give refunds for inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds or when the U.S. Coast Guard has announced that a small craft advisory is in effect.)
Please be prepared and dress appropriately for the weather.
We will not commence on a tour if severe weather is expected.
If your booking is canceled by us due to weather, you have the choice of a full refund or rain check for another day.
Must be 18 years of age or older to rent any of our equipment.
Must have a valid ID or driver license.
Qualified renter must be present to complete the rental contract.
Intoxicants are strictly prohibited. Service will be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
All persons involved with our activities acknowledge that said activities are potentially dangerous and agree to hold Sunshine State Concessions, all owners, employees and affiliated properties and partners harmless.
We will retain a pre-authorized credit card deposit in the amount of $ 400.00 per piece of equipment as a damage deposit.
Renter is responsible for any and all losses and damages to our equipment while in your care, up to and including replacement cost.
Renter is solely responsible for ensuring the safety of the vessel, bike or paddleboard during the rental period.
All damages in excess of $100 must be reported to Sunshine State Concessions and to local law enforcement immediately.
Renter will get his/her damage deposit back if the equipment is returned undamaged.
